Transfer Student Application
Getting Credit for Previous Work
The Alchemy Study Program began in 1997 and has changed ownership several times. If you were an active student in previous versions of the program and wish credit for previous modules completed, you can transfer your work into the current program by submitting the application below. After you submit the application, we will check our records and issue course credit for previously completed modules and update your file information. Once your transfer application is accepted, you will be assigned to your previous instructor.
Active students are those who have submitted an exam within six months of registering for a course. If you are not an active student, you can still continue in the program at any time by simply enrolling in your next module. You will always have credit fro any previously completed courses.
PLEASE NOTE: If you submitted your last exam before
December 31, 2008, you are considered to have dropped out of the program. No
new materials or refunds can be given
for unused modules, since your payment was made to a different organization and those materials are no longer used in the
current program. However, you can still receive credit for completed modules and
enroll in the current program
to take the modules needed to complete your work.
